Nicola Ulivieri is a Telecommunication Engineer, PhD in Information Engineering, with various years of experience both in the academic area and industry. His main activity is the project and developing of automatic measurement and control electronic systems and the developing of data analysis software.

Solar cooking is a passion of Nicola Ulivieri who experiments continually new solar cookers prototypes. Recently he published the book "Solar Cookers", an exhaustive manual-essay which teaches how to cook your dishes outdoors with solar energy alone.
A Precise Artistic Sundial for Sun Drinking that combines the tradition of Tuscan wine and moments of relaxation with the originality of a unique object. The Bottle Sundial is a project by engineer Nicola Ulivieri, PhD, for the Campopalazzi Estate.
